Director of Talent & Organizational Design
Lauren joined Sheridan Capital Partners in 2012 as Director of Talent & Organizational Design. She works to identify, recruit, and support talented executives for Sheridan, its affiliates, and portfolio companies. She has spent her entire career focused on institutional design with a focus on incentive alignment to optimize business growth and performance. Prior to joining Sheridan, Lauren held a number of positions within human resources leadership, organizational development and training, and talent acquisition.
Lauren earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications and Industrial Psychology from DePaul University.
