Sheridan Capital Partners Invests in Future Care Consultants

CHICAGO, IL – February 15, 2023 – Sheridan Capital Partners (Sheridan) announced today its investment in Future Care Consultants (“FCC” or the “Company”), a specialty revenue cycle management and back-office outsourced services provider to the skilled nursing facility (“SNF”) end market.

In addition to billing and collections, FCC offers bundled payroll, bookkeeping, and accounts payable to clients. The Company serves over 162 SNF facilities across 14 states in the U.S. Sheridan invested alongside FCC’s founding team and employees, who retained a meaningful ownership stake in the business and will remain active in day-to-day operations.

Founded in 1997 by Sam Stern, Brooklyn-based FCC offers a strong value proposition to SNF facilities that are often solving for challenging pain points, necessitating subject matter expertise and the need for an optimized revenue cycle. FCC differentiates itself through deep industry knowledge, a mission critical service offering, and a strong management team to win and retain long-term customers. FCC and Sheridan are eager to continue this success together in this next stage of growth.

The transaction was led by Jonathan Lewis, Chris McCrory, and Brian McGregor at Sheridan Capital Partners. Akin Gump served as legal counsel to Sheridan Capital Partners. Chartwell Financial Advisory served as financial advisor to the Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
