Michael Polydoris

Michael is a Human Capital Management consultant with over 20 years of experience in corporate and consulting roles, having advised more than 350 companies. He is also the owner of MLP Leadership Coaching and Consulting, where he delivers executive coaching and leadership development services for high‑potential senior leaders and their organizations.

Prior to founding his own firm, Michael served as an Associate Vice President at HUB International and held HR Executive and Sales Executive roles at ADP.

Michael earned a BA in English from Cornell College, an MA in Design from the University of Iowa, and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School. He also holds Executive Coaching certifications from Northwestern University and Marshall Goldsmith. In addition, Michael is certified in Hogan Assessments and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
