Kelly A. Wagner

Kelly Wagner is Director of Growth, Acceleration Team at Sheridan Capital Partners, where she collaborates with portfolio company executive teams to drive enterprise value. She is responsible for leading Sales & Commercial Center of Excellence capabilities. Prior to joining Sheridan, Kelly led Value Creation & Strategy at Erie Street Growth Partners, an operationally focused lower-middle market investment firm. While there, she designed organic and inorganic growth strategies and executed human capital and operational improvement initiatives in the Business Services sector. Previously, Kelly led account strategy and governance for the McDonald’s strategic account at Capgemini Consulting. Earlier in her career, Kelly spent a decade working as a commercial and go-to-market strategy consultant with both PwC and Capgemini focused on the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Kelly earned her BS in Psychology from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
