Herb DeBarba

Herb has over 45 years of experience in operations and consulting. Previously, Herb led a large consulting practice at International Capital & Management Company that drives operational improvements across a variety of disciplines, including lean/six sigma, sales and marketing projects, IT and systems implementations, and HR and talent management for companies in the healthcare space. Herb began his career with Johnson & Johnson, holding a number of positions during his 20 years there, originally as a plant manager and eventually rising to become Chief Engineer. He then co-founded and led a management consulting firm focused on operational improvement strategies within the healthcare space.

Herb earned a BS in Chemistry from St. Anselm College and is Lean & Six-Sigma Black Belt certified.
