Maik Jornitz

Maik is a technical expert with 40 years of experience in bioprocesses, especially sterilizing grade filtration and single-use technologies, including regulatory requirements, integrity testing, systems design, and optimization. He previously served as the CEO of G-CON Manufacturing (a leader in off-site prefabricated cleanroom infrastructure for advanced therapeutics). Prior to G-CON, Maik spent 25+ years at Sartorius Stedim Biotech in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as Senior Vice President of Product and Marketing Management. He is a recognized subject matter expert in single-use bioprocessing, sterile filtration, and aseptic processes.

Maik received his M.Eng. in Bioengineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg, Germany and accomplished the PED program at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Maik sits on the board of Carolina Components Group.
