Michael M. Bernard

Michael is a Principal at Sheridan Capital Partners. Prior to joining Sheridan, Michael worked at Riverside Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on investing in healthcare and technology sectors. Prior to Riverside, Michael worked at Linden Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on healthcare and life sciences. Michael began his career at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he was a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking group.

Michael earned a BA in Economics from Brown University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
