Tom Hill

Tom Hill is CEO of Marketlab, a leading manufacturer of specialized healthcare products for acute care hospitals. Through a nationwide sales force and broad product portfolio, Marketlab focuses on low-to-mid volume products that enable healthcare facilities to streamline procurement.

Tom serves on the boards of Focal Point Care, an outsourced provider of back-office solutions to the skilled nursing industry; ABM Respiratory Care, a manufacturer of clinically differentiated respiratory care devices; and MedTech/MedCare (MTMC), the nation’s largest healthcare-focused outsourced sales organization.

Previously, Tom was President of Manufacturing at Direct Supply, the nation’s largest product distribution and technology platform business serving skilled nursing and senior living, where he led the Direct Supply branded product business, home health business, and connected clinical platform.

Tom lived and worked in China for nearly a decade, where he developed innovative asset-light supply chains and led sales efforts in the emerging Asia/Pacific Senior Living industry. Earlier, he held a series of technology leadership roles, including Director of Product Development and Engineering at DSSI, a multi-billion-dollar, AI-powered healthcare procurement platform.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Master of Arts in Gerontology from the University of Southern California.
